Our story
Baking in Killorglin since 1952
Founded by Tom and Margaret O'Sullivan, our family bakery has been passed down through generations, from Tom and Margaret to their son Gearóid, and today to Helen O'Sullivan.
From our iconic Kerry Barm Brack to traditional soda breads and our spelt range, everything we bake is made with care, quality ingredients and a genuine love of good bread, from our family to yours.

From a small Killorglin bakery to a name known across Kerry, three generations of the O’Sullivan family, the same recipes and the same care handed down through each.
First generation
Tom & Margaret O’Sullivan
Founders · 1952
Tom and Margaret opened the bakery in Killorglin, baking traditional breads and the Kerry brack that would make the family name.
Second generation
Gearóid O’Sullivan
Carrying it on
Their son Gearóid grew the bakery across South and West Kerry, keeping faith with the same recipes, standards and love of good bread.
Third generation
Helen O’Sullivan
Today
Today Helen leads the bakery, still family-run, still baking fresh every morning, and still from our family to yours.
